Me and My Stupid Internet Connection

As you've observed, I have been rarely posting. It's not that I loss the fire in me. I really want to share anything that comes into my mind. Problem is, my internet sucks!

It's been days of inconsistent connection. Whenever I want to post, I can't. Nor can I access my Facebook. Torrents that take only days of download are prolonged to probably weeks. Mere Googling is impossible. Even this article was postponed. I always restart the connection if nothing's loading. It'll take minutes to hours before I can fully enjoy surfing. Unluckily, my joy is short-lived. I give a deep and long sigh and go back to step one to try my luck again.

I've been watching America's Next Top Model (ANTM) from Cycle 1 to 18. I even downloaded all those Cycles for me to re-watch whenever I want to. Am also looking forward to Cycle 19, airing on August 24, 2012. 

One of my favorite contestants in this reality show is Allison Harvard a.k.a. Creepy Chan, painter and photographer. She is quirky but has this factor that makes her standout. It might be her piercing eyes. I even named my deceased Guinea Pig after her. Their eyes are so alike.

I was really thinking for days on what to post related to Russia. I don't know much of this country and I'm afraid that any wrong information wrote might offend them. Although the main post is too far-off still I have something proud to offer. It's also quite ammusing. So shall I start now? Here goes *deep breath...

For months now a cartoon character of the 60's aired during the 90's was bothering me. It's a green dog, I think, that is also the sidekick of a villain. I can't figure out the name of this dog but I do remember that he has an intriguing grumble. Sounds like "Sakafadgingfadging", based on my childhood comprehension and memory. I finally recalled another cartoon character associated with it. I searched for it, scanned, skimmed, deliberated and then I came up with Muttley.

Having read his information, I looked for his signature grumble. It was "Sassafrassarassum" not... so I searched for videos of him hoping to hear that odd moaning. I only found his high pitched snicker which was also good. Listening to it made me laugh for no reason.

So where's the Russian part you're asking. It is found on the comments of the video as one of the top comments. I read it but it made no sense. I thought for minutes then I replayed the video. I reread it and there I got the gist of the joke. It is heard that Muttley said them, that is according to the one who commented. He sure has good hearing and humor. It is funny when you read the comment and play the video simultaneously.

Subconscious Precognition

This is another ESP post. So you think I'm getting crazy, eh? I know you wouldn't believe me still I want you to know. My precognition works subconsciously. I have a feeling that I do have this psychic ability.

Precognition is another type of extrasensory perception (ESP) that allows a person foresee the future. Occurs most often in dreams, such as mine. Scientific investigations are underway in understanding this phenomena. I am not yet sure if this is precognition or another type of ESP. Aside from precognition, I am only familiar with Telepathy, Telekinesis, Clairvoyance.

Prophetic Dreams

Believe me or not, I am psychic. Well not that very proficient. As psychic experts say, everybody has innate psychic ability that can be discovered and honed. There's this concentration exercise that you can try to help develop your skills. Why don't you try it.

I do believe that I have such abilities waiting to be unlocked. On the contrary, I guess there are some psychic abilities of mine active yet uncontrollable. One of these is my precognitive or prophetic dreams.

Living in a Snapshot

Within the last few days I have encountered innumerable events. They were more of deleterious in general. I cannot recount all these mishaps for I don't have the courage and strength.

King Of Anything Versions

Sara Bareilles is one of my favorite singers. Her voice and music makes me love her so much. It's hard to find singers like her these days.

I love all her songs. "Love Song" was a first, it lured me to embracing her talent. "Uncharted" also is a significant song with a catchy rhythm. 

Of all her songs "King Of Anything" is the most I am fond of. The song arrangement is pleasing to the ears. Not to mention that the lyrics have deeper meaning, all of her songs have. It relates to how I feel about society in general and its meddling with my affairs.

Predictions for American Idol and The Voice

Last spring, I enjoyed watching American  Idol and The Voice. Both are very promising reality-based talent shows that cater to very brilliant singers. This year we experienced the victory of Phillip Phillips and Jermaine Paul in their respective shows. I am happy for them that they won but in my heart my shining stars are still the best. And with their win I was able to notice a pattern, a factor that will increase the chances of winning for those aspiring to be their successors.

When I Came Back

I previously mentioned that I will be on a mini-vacation and I'm obviously back. I am not obliged to narrate my experience that's why I am not writing anything about it. Uh, sad for you...

Upon arriving home I felt drastic changes with my body, it's as if I've undergone metamorphosis.

Ws are Longer

In this era people nowadays get used to doing things the shorter way. We do our most of our work almost effortlessly due to the advancements in technology. We travel from one place to another in just a short time thanks to transportation. Food is also served in an instant. Even messages are relayed in just a flash. Not to mention our speech has been reduced in the form of abbreviations such as WTF, FTW, LMAO, BRB, TTYL, etc. in order to convey it briefly in text messages, chat, and e-mail.

Breaking In (Part 1)

Have you ever tried breaking in in your own home? Well I did, not only once but twice.

I just love how they turned Taylor Swift into a b*tch. Wiz Khalifa's rapping segment is cool too. This may be already an old video (2011), there is still no other video of theirs that has made me chortle like this one.

Hands down these guys are the most talented when it comes to recreating music from the art of lip reading in an erroneous way.
