Do you still remember Mandy Moore's very first music video "Candy"? If you do then you must be a 90's child. During that time Mandy was still a skinny bucktooth teenager. You can see now how she has changed from a caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly. 

Aqua is Back

This news is not new for those who already know, especially those in Europe, that Aqua is back. The group famous for their song "Barbie Girl" reunited last 2007.

It's Always a Good Time

Just heard this song on the radio and it was a chill one. It's title is Good Time. A collaboration between Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen. 

Its music video was released on Owl City's official Vevo last July 24, 2012. Only after five days it's views on YouTube reached 3 million. 

Cutest Scary Song

Ever since I watched "Insidious" I was hooked with the scary yet amusing song "Tiptoe Through the Tulips" by Tiny Tim. It really is a good song. People associate it with the said movie that's why they don't listen to it.

Living in a Snapshot

Within the last few days I have encountered innumerable events. They were more of deleterious in general. I cannot recount all these mishaps for I don't have the courage and strength. 

After all that I've been through in just days, I think I am depressed. I don't know what to do. I feel that I'm all alone in this very uncaring world. I tried to be strong on my own but it seems that I do need a helping hand.

Odd Singing Style

While listening to the radio hours ago, I can't help but adore Frank and Nancy Sinatra's version of "Something Stupid". It was so romantic and evocative. The song was originally written by Carson Parks and sung by him with his wife Gail Foote. (www.en.wikipedia.org , 2012). But I like Sinatra's version better.

King Of Anything Versions

Sara Bareilles is one of my favorite singers. Her voice and music makes me love her so much. It's hard to find singers like her these days.

I love all her songs. "Love Song" was a first, it lured me to embracing her talent. "Uncharted" also is a significant song with a catchy rhythm. 

Of all her songs "King Of Anything" is the most I am fond of. The song arrangement is pleasing to the ears. Not to mention that the lyrics have deeper meaning, all of her songs have. It relates to how I feel about society in general and its meddling with my affairs.

Fave Videos on YouTube

YouTube is loaded with fun videos to watch. It completes my day watching videos of my liking such as music videos, series, movies, parodies, documentaries, etc. 

Currently, my favorite music video, even before Shane Dawson declared it his new fave, on YouTube is "(Rockin') All Nite Long" by BadLipReading. I just love how they turned Taylor Swift into a b*tch. Wiz Khalifa's rapping segment is cool too. This may be already an old video (2011), there is still no other video of theirs that has made me chortle like this one.

Hands down these guys are the most talented when it comes to recreating music from the art of lip reading in an erroneous way.

Days Off

I Will Be Better

I will finally go on a vacation! I should feel good about it but there's this something that I can't point out that makes me feel gloomy. Maybe its just that I am not feeling well, my immune system has been somewhat failing me for the past few days. 

No need to worry, I said to myself, Regina Spektor will make me feel "Better"

I just love listening to this! Regina never fails to make me smile even at my darkest hour.

All it takes is optimism and inspiring music, I will be better! :)

My Shinning Stars

I have watched three reality shows in spring. Two of which are singing competitions and the other is a modeling one. I watch these shows because I feel like I am a "unique" singer and a "vertically-challenged" model.

Roll with Laughter

Lenka is one of my favorite singers. Not only is she talented in singing but she's also a creative concept artist and composer. She makes her own music videos in the form of stop-motion animation.
