Bullshit! Someone just reported my video as "Copyright Video" on Porhub.com. That's just unfair, my video was removed but the others weren't... theirs were even there for two years or more and NEVER reported for the same issue I had. And to think they're not even producers of the video, just common people who like to share porn videos, like me.
It started when I was having problems with the video uploads. My videos always were in pending marked by "The video currently is being converted..." and NEVER were seen in my video manager. I have even uploaded three different videos and none successfully uploaded. I tackled this matter with pornhub's support staff. They replied and didn't answer my question, rather brought my first uploaded video which was removed due to copyright complaint. I was mad. When I first received the notification that my video was removed I was cool with it; I even consulted people on evading such issues. But since they brought it up why not discuss it. They instigated war then it's war they'll get!
I had to battle pornhub's support staff to defend my side. I know that I don't own the video that was removed but why have it removed? Note that only mine was removed where there are millions of other videos that also are of copyright.
Now, now do they have to do that just because I am a new user? They think I'm a noob who doesn't know anything about copyright or couldn't defend myself. I made multiple queries (or complaints) on this matter.
I know I should be mad at the person who has reported my video not at Pornhub. But they're just being hypocrites! They respond to copyright complaints but ignore copyright videos that aren't reported. They are being unfair! If they are to eradicate piracy why was I the only one affected? So I did my fair share of equality: report copyright videos as well. I reported users and videos. If they are to fully comply with copyright laws then majority of their videos will be taken down, right? And the site would be crippled... or taken down as well. I wouldn't be surprised if my future video uploads would be removed or my account would be suspended (to a greater extent).
As of now they haven't replied. But guess what, the video I was uploading suddenly appeared within three hours after I uploaded it. You might want to check it out here.
Being brave (or bitchy) does help a lot. All you need is a little bit of anger.
P.S.
I have been bitchy with customer/support staff especially I know that I have the right to defend myself and I know that I am right.
